ONDO STATE YOUTH FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE ENJOINED WELL MEANING AKURE INDIGENE TO PERSUADE ADEMOLA ADEGOROYE TO JOIN AKURE FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY RACE.
Ondo State youth, under the umbrella of Ondo State Youth for Good Governance has enjoined well meaning Akure kingdom indigene to persuade Hon Ademola ADEGOROYE to join the race for the vacant House of Representatives race following the demise of the former occupant of the position, Hon Omolafe Adedayo.
They made this call on Tuesday during an emergency meeting in Akure the State capital. The meeting was converge to discus on who the youthful voluntary organization will be supporting for the forthcoming election for the Akure Federal Constituency.
The group therefore enjoined all Akure indigenes to plead and persuade Hon Ademola Adegoroye to show interest in contesting for the position of Akure North/South Federal constituency. “He is compassionate and progress minded, he has been with the people for a very long time and he knows the challenges his people are facing, so it will be a hitch free for him to solve” the group said.
“There has been rumors of different Akure indigenes showing interest to fill in the vacant seat but following the antecedents and past political happenings in the Federal Constituency, Ademola Adegoroye is the man for the job” the group added.
The group has planed a peaceful match to in Akure township in persuading Ademola Adegoroye to contest.
