Governor Akeredolu yesterday called on the newly elected local government Chairmen and their Vices to promote good governance at the grassroots and deliver on the agenda of the party.
He made this call while inaugurating the newly elected officials of the 18 local government areas at the International Event Center, the Dome, Igbatoro road,Akure.
Akeredolu said the party would do everything possible to ensure development at the grassroots through the intervention of the state government.
An APC chieftain, Nelson Ayodele,the Chief Executive Officer of De-Planet Entertainment has lauded ODIEC for the transparent manner at which it conducted the last Saturday’s local government election.
Nelson also commended the Governor for his purposeful leadership and sincere desire towards the development of the state.
He thanked the people of Ondo state for demonstrating their love for the APC through their votes in the just concluded local government election.
The APC Chieftain also called on the people of Owo local government to support the administration of Chief Samuel Adegbegi as a new beginning beckons.
He urged party faithfuls to remain steadfast as the October 10,2020 governorship election draws nearer.
