I received officials of the Conference of Nigeria Political Parties (CNPP) Ekiti state chapter.
The visit is a sensitization towards the forthcoming Gubernatorial polls.
The Ekiti state chairman of CNPP Mr. Prince Ayo Adelabu gave a key note address.
In his speech he stated the role of the organisation which amongst other things includes agitating for good governance, equity, justice, transparency and fair play in electoral systems basics of which an election could be said to be free, fair and acceptable by all.
The visit is part of the agenda of the organisation’s mission to sensitive political parties and their candidates on certain criterials and formats that will ensure the June 18 polls is free, fair and void of thuggery.
They admitted that my candidature is coming just in time as Ekiti state is in die need of credible alternative.
I appreciated them for their visit and I guaranteed them that our party, (ADP) will do everything by the books and of course have respect for the rule of Law.
