HON. ABAYOMI AKINRUNTAN BAGS ONDO STATE HERO MAGAZINE’s GRASSROOT CAPACITY DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR AWARD, 2022
On the 18th September, 2022, Hon. Abayomi Akinruntan was honoured with a stellar award of Grassroot Capacity Developer of the Year by the Ondo State Leadership Award Platform for his full time commitment and sacrifices to grassroot politics in the state and also for his humanitarian services to the people at the lowest level of government.
While addressing the organisers after receiving the noble award at the Dome, International Event Centre, Akure, the recipient, Hon. Abayomi, appreciated them for recognizing and honouring him for giant strides at the grassroot level. He further reiterated that this is a drive to total devotion to grassroot projects, saying the award will be a great push for him to keep impacting the lives of people at the grassroot level positively.
In the same vein, Hon. Abayomi congratulated other prominent sons & daughters of ondo state who were also recognized with award of excellence in different categories as he encouraged and cheered them for more achievements to be accomplished.
Alongside Hon. Abayomi were Majority Leader, Hon Ogunmolasuyi, Hon Ololade Gbegudu, Hon Tomide Akinribido amongst others dignitaries who accompanied him to the venue he received the award.
