Justice Okon Abang has just dismissed the case filed by Nathaniel Adojutelegan that:-
(1) The case was filed out of time
(2) It was a pre-election
Justice Okon Abang is one of the most notorious judge we have in Nigeria.
The case was shifted by the Justice due to some cases he claimed to be beyond his control.
The case has however set another precedence in the judiciary arm of Nigeria Government.
Nathaniel Adojutelegan was fined 120,000.
