AKOKO NORTH WEST LOCAL GOVERNMENT SET TO HONOR REP OLUBUNMI TUNJI OJO, ENGR DR FUNMILAYO WAHEED-ADEKOJO FNSE AND OTHERS EMINENT PERSONALITIES AS PART OF THE LG 30TH YEARS ANNIVERSARY.
All is set as ANWLG will be decorating House of Representatives member representing Akoko North Federal constituency, chairman house committee on NDDC Hon. Dr. Olubunmi Tunji Ojo and Engr Dr Funmilayo Waheed-Adekojo FNSE CEO of FunmiAyinke Nigeria Limited for their impactful performances as part of the local government 30th years Anniversary.
The council chairman, Elder Samson Ayodele Akande FCA, while addressing journalists at his office said “we have decided to celebrate Akoko North West personalities who has impacted positively to the growth of the local government”.
According to Elder Ayodele Akande “Innovation distinguish between a leadership and a follower. When you have a good representatives then you have the voice to speak for the voiceless. Engr. Dr Funmilayo Waheed-Adekojo FNSE is a philanthropist who has been working well with everyone, she is more concern and helping others to actualize their dreams.
Others eminent personalities to be celebrated in the one week celebration is Otunba Solomon Oladuni and several others.
“Our decision to celebrate our sons and daughters is borne out of our quest to trigger them in doing more” Akande added.
